Terms & Conditions of Order

The Yonderpod­^™ Red Special guitar case and Yonderbox^™ Deacy-style amp flight case are available only directly through Yonderbosk, and are custom-made in small quantities based on a pre-order system, due to the production of the cases requiring a minimum order quantity at the factory.

By placing an order, you are agreeing to the following terms and Special Conditions of Sale, in addition to the Standard Terms of Sale

Yonderpod^™ Special Conditions of Sale

Expression of Interest:
– If you are interested in purchasing a Yonderpod / Yonderbox, please contact us at one of the email addresses given at the bottom of this page
– If a case is currently available from stock, your order will be fulfilled as quickly as possible upon full payment being received
– Where no cases are currently in held stock at Yonderbosk, your expression of interest will be added to a waiting list
– A manufacturing order will be placed with the factory once a number of slots have been taken and deposits have been paid which allows Yonderbosk to meet the factory’s Minimum Order Quantity

Deposit:
– A 50% deposit (£425 GBP for the Yonderpod, £137.50 for the Yonderbox) is required prior to your order formally being placed with the factory
– The customer may choose to pay this deposit at any time following an expression of interest, or wait until contacted by Yonderbosk to advise that an order is being placed with the factory
– Payment can be made via PayPal, or by using most major cards. Other payment methods may be available by mutual agreement between Yonderbosk and the customer
– Where a deposit payment is not received in a timely manner following notification of the factory order and request for payment, then to allow the factory order to be placed without undue delay, the expression of interest may be moved into the next batch waiting list
– Once the order has been placed with the factory by Yonderbosk, this deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE
– Should the order be cancelled by Yonderbosk (For example, through not being able to secure an order with the factory) then any deposit paid to date will be refunded to the customer

Production of the Cases:
– Production of the cases and shipping to Yonderbosk is likely to take several weeks from the order being placed with the factory. An estimate of timescales will be provided at the time the order is to be placed with the factory
– An order may be placed earlier with the factory at the discretion of Yonderbosk, even if the number of slots for which a deposit has been taken does not meet the factory MoQ
– Once an order is placed with the factory by Yonderbosk, any further expressions of interest will be carried forward onto the next batch
– Whilst the cases will be built to order in small quantities, they are NOT a limited edition

Payment of Balance of Cost:
– Payment of any outstanding balance must be made prior to the case being shipped by Yonderbosk to the customer for standard orders
– Where the balance remains unpaid, the case may be re-sold by Yonderbosk to another customer and the original customer’s deposit remains Non-Refundable
– For any custom order (e.g. non-standard interior colour, coloured external lacquer) payment of the full balance must be made prior to the order being placed with the factory

Shipping of Cases:
– The courier used for shipping cases to customer is at the sole discretion of Yonderbosk
– If the customer requires a specific courier / class of shipping, an uplift cost may be charged
– In addition to these Special Conditions of Sale, all sales of cases are also subject to the standard Terms of Sale, to which a customer is also agreeing to by placing an order
– All Yonderpod cases will be shipped together with a Madarozzo Elegant G050 C4/BG gig bag, unless the customer requests not to receive this item
– Customs charges and/or VAT may be charged by the country of destination outside the UK
– Yonderbosk is not liable for Taxes, Import Fees, Courier Administration Charges, Customs Duties, Tariffs or any other fees incurred by buyers. Payment of these is the sole responsibility of the purchaser
– For the avoidance of doubt, a guitar or amplifier / accessories are NOT included with the sale of any case

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
The laws of England and Wales shall govern this agreement and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
